Sports: Dani Carvajal: This is why Barcelona beat Real Madrid in El Clasico
The Catalan giants came out on top at the Bernabeu in a 3-2 win that included a last-second winner from Lionel Messi, his 500th goal for Barcelona.
Real were left short at the back when star defender Ramos was sent off on 77 minutes for a wild lunge.
And fellow defender Carvajal says going down to 10 men ended his side's chance of picking up a result.
“It was a crazy game, the red card decided the match,” he said.
“We managed to get back level, but ultimately a counterattack took the three points.
“Calmness is needed, it’s no big deal. We have one more game left than them, this is football and we have to keep going.
“Messi’s performance? Barcelona won. Messi had a great game, but Barcelona won.
“You can’t criticise the team, we have another League game on Wednesday and we must keep going. There’s still a long way to go.”
Barca went top of La Liga with the win, although Real Madrid still have a game in hand.
SPORTS: Man Utd breeze past Burnley
Though few would argue Ibrahimovic deserves a far better farewell than watching on from the sidelines – particularly with the Europa League final taking place in his home city of Stockholm next month – the truth is that Jose Mourinho’s young guns have finally found their feet without him.
Against both Chelsea and Anderlecht, Marcus Rashford came to the fore as he was given the freedom to run in behind from a central position and instil the same fear into opposition defenders as he had done during the latter part of last season. At Burnley, it was Rooney and Anthony Martial’s turn to deliver on the early promise.

ENTERTAINMENT/#BBNAIJA: THERE WAS NO CASE OF MOLESTATION | KEMEN SPEAKS ON INCIDENT WITH TBOSS
Former Big Brother Naija Housemate, Ekemini Ekerete popularly known as Kemen has said his disqualification from the show was unfair.
Kemen was disqualified after sexually assaulting fellow housemate TBoss while she was asleep.
In an interview with New Telegraph, Kemen said the decision of the judges to disqualify him was not fair because nothing happened.
He said, “I don’t think they were fair but in their perception of the scenario, it is normal for them to take the decision they took because it was necessary at that time based on how sensitive they were to the issue.”
When asked if TBoss led him into touching her, he said, “There was no leading on, I and T-Boss had a cordial relationship. There was no leading on of any sort and there was no case of molestation.”

SPORTS: COACH ARRESTED AFTER LOSING 12-0 TO BARCELONA B TEAM
Spanish police has arrested the coach of Spanish third division side Eldense.
The Italian coach, Filippo di Pierro, is being investigated for match fixing after his side’s 12-0 defeat by Barcelona’s B team on Saturday.
There is no indication Barcelona B were involved in any wrongdoing.
Di Pierro, joined the club in January, and was by an unnamed Italian investment group that has since severed ties with the club.
The defeat sealed Eldense’s relegation.
On Sunday the club said they would not play any more matches this season, but later backtracked and confirmed the fixtures would be honoured.
In an interview with Spanish radio station, Cadena Ser, Eldense defender Emmanuel Mendy said the club’s assistant coach, Fran Ruiz, had spoken to him about a plan to fix the game.
“He asked me if I was in and how much I wanted and if I wasn’t in then I wouldn’t play,” said Mendy.
Ruiz, who also spoke to Cadena Ser, reportedly said, “In principle the orders came from above, from the coach.
“I didn’t know what to do, I was between a rock and a hard place.
“I didn’t say a word in the dugout, I made no substitutions and I didn’t send anyone out to warm up. Then I resigned from the club.”
Barcelona first-team coach Luis Enrique has also commented on the situation, which he described as “very delicate”.
“It’s exclusively related to Eldense,” he said. “Barca B have nothing to do with it and is another victim of this racketeering.
“I’m glad that it’s being investigated and is being taken seriously.”
