Former Arsenal star Emmanuel Petit is convinced that Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann will be at Manchester United next season.
The Premier League giants have been consistently linked with the France international over several months with some reports indicating a deal has already been agreed with Griezmann. The Frenchman has scored 17 goals in 34 appearances in all competitions for Atletico this campaign. Petit, believes that the 25-year-old will join international team-mate Paul Pogba at Old Trafford.
“I think he will come to Manchester United, definitely,” Petit told Soccer AM. "He has a great partnership with Pogba in the national team. Griezmann over the last four years has improved step by step and every single year he has improved his level all the time so he’s got big ambitions personally but as well with the team he’s playing for,to him me it would be a big bargain for Manchester United.”
